Chair of Digital Industrial Service Systems (Prof. Dr. Martin Matzner)

• Empirical and design-oriented research in the areas of

service systems, decision support, business process management and information management

• Designing and submitting proposals for research

projects and conducting commissioned research in collaboration with industry partners.

• Collaboration in cutting-edge research projects on

topics, e.g., predictive process analytics, process mining, smart service systems, platform ecosystems

• Teaching different Bachelor’s and Master’s courses

Notwendige Qualifikationen:

• A PhD in Wirtschaftsinformatik / Information Systems,

industrial engineering, business administration or related disciplines

• Passion for new technologies and trends
• Knowledge in the application of design-oriented,

qualitative or quantitative research methods

• Openness to working with partners from science and

practice to solve real-world problems

• Very good command of English and German
• Strong ability to work in a team
• Interest in at least one of the following topics:

- Business Process Management - Service Systems - Decision Support - Information Management
